Cobalt completed work on our house in the summer which included full exterior wall insulation, ground floor extension to kitchen, including new utility room and downstairs toilet. Upgraded existing shower room, general overhaul of roof and chimneys.
We are so very pleased with everything they have done . We initially had a meeting with Mike who spent time understanding our objectives, plans and concerns re the very old rendering in place. Chris was excellent in keeping us informed and managing the project and nothing was too much trouble. He clearly takes great pride in his work with his attention to detail. All of the workers we had on site were polite, friendly, respectful and good workers and again nothing was too much trouble. As with any project on a 100 year old house problems arose but Chris and the team were always able to resolve professionally and efficiently providing workable solution's.
