I would be only too happy to recommend this company unconditionally. Without doubt, they have got to be one of the very best contractors I have ever had the pleasure of commissioning. Thank you, Cobalt, from the bottom of my heart.

We were invited to work on a beautiful 300-year-old farmhouse in Cropwell Butler, Nottinghamshire. The homeowner approached us for advice on resolving the persistent cold and chronic damp issues affecting the original, older part of the property, which was noticeably colder than the newer extensions.

What a fantastic company! Since the initial contact I was met with professionalism and courtesy. Not sure if I can mention names in a review but a massive shout out and thank you to everyone who was involved. Customer Service, PM Team and two very friendly installers :)
This project involved a detached 1960s/70s house with cavity walls and suspended timber floors. The property footprint is approximately 105m² across varying external ground levels. The customer’s enquiry was to improve the comfort of the ground floors, which they described as consistently cold and noticeably draughty. They had attempted some DIY insulation by accessing the void space under the floors but soon realised that the limited space and uneven ground levels made much of the floor area inaccessible. Recognising the challenge, they decided to call in the experts.

While visitors may not see the insulation work, Carol and Phil will feel the benefits for years to come. We hope this project brings them lasting comfort and warmth in their newly insulated, cosy rooms.
Carol and Phil, a retired couple, live in a semi-detached 1970s/80s property with a cat-slide roof and a front-facing dormer that creates their upstairs front bedrooms. They noticed that these rooms, which are partly within the roof space, were draughty, noticeably colder, and difficult to heat, making them uncomfortable.
