I initially contacted Cobalt to replace old render and install external insulation. Once the scaffolding was up it became very clear that the roof was the reason for the damaged render. As such they removed the old roof, installed insulation and replaced the roof, removed the damaged render, insulated the walls and applied new render. The house is looking so good. It's only been a month since the work was completed but the damp that was constant is already drying out and I'm looking forward to a warm winter!
