This property was fully extended and re rendered in traditional sand and cement rendering and then painted by a local building firm approximately four years ago!

The property began to create condensation, leak and let rain water in soon after the refurbishment was completed causing extensive damage to the structure and internal finishes. This project necessitated complete renovation of all the external facades and many protective stone copings.

Alderley Edge completed work

Cobalt has carefully renovated the entire property in a high perfomance, climate friendly resin based material allowing the property and substrate to breath properly.

It has restored beauty, structural integrity and is now virtually maintenance free for the customer, no need to paint again and guaranteed for 25 years.
